Our Spring 2023 Session is open for registration. It will run for 11 weeks from April 10 to June 24.

If you are in need of financial assistance to pay for the cost of registration fees, please visit the Canadian Tire Jumpstart Program to see if you qualify for Individual Child Grants. Information can be found at the following link: https://jumpstart.canadiantire.ca/pages/individual-child-grants

Parent and Tot
This class is for children up to 2 years old, with parents attending with their child. Children learn basic skills, and participating in fun challenges and activities.
$175 11 week session
Thursday 10-11 am
Thursday 4-5 pm
Kindergym
This class is for children ages 3 to 5 and is a coach-led class, teaching gymnastics fundamentals.
$175 11 week session
Thursday 5-6 pm
Saturday 10-11 am
Recreational Gymnastics
This class is for ages 6 and up, teaching all gymnastics skills through a badge/level system
$265 11 week session

Advanced Recreational Gymnastics
This class is for those who have previously been in recreational gymnastics classes and have acquired the basics skills.
Monday 5-7 pm $340
ELITE Squad
This class is for ages 4 and up, and focuses on developing skills in strength, agility balance and endurance through obstacle course style activities/equipment.
$175 11 week session
Tuesday 5-6 pm
Jr. Cheerleading
This class is for ages 6 to 10, and focuses on learning basic cheerleading skills including tumbling, stunting and choreography.
Friday 5-6:30 pm $265 11 week session
Sr. Cheerleading
This class is for ages 11 and up, and focuses on advanced cheerleading skills including tumbling, stunting and choreography. This program will include participation in competitions.
Wednesday 5-8 pm $355 11 week session
